According to the latest research bath is not only good to clean the dirt from the body and steer the stress, but also bath have an important role to improve immune system, help avoid skin disease such as eczema and even cure serious medical problems.
A study published in the New England Journal of Medicine showed that people with diabetes spend only half an hour bathing in a warm tub of water can lower the blood sugar level about 13 percent.
Separate research in Japan shows 10 minutes bathing in warm water can improve heart health both men and women, to help them on the sport test better and reduce pain.

Removing the toxic
Warm bathing around 32-35 degrees Celsius will open the pores that can help remove the toxin. Warm bathing can also help lower blood sugar levels, heal sore muscles and help maintain the colon work properly. The time is recommended for 10-20 minutes.

Stress
If you are truly experiencing stress, cold water bath will be the right answer. Recommended temperatures around 12-18 degrees Celsius. Cold bathing is very good ease tension, instead of warm water because cold bathing can narrow the blood and improve blood sugar levels.

Eczema
Certain skin diseases such as eczema, rash, or itchy by adding baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) into the bath can make a big difference. Sodium bicarbonate acts as an antiseptic.
